| - The classes are great, fun, and intense. The workouts will blow your mind, and have a mix of men, women, and teenagers. They also have classes for kids. They also sell a limited amount of boxing gear(gloves, straps, clothes). While these are good things, there are a few other factors that are not. The evening classes are hard to "focus" in because the carpets are drenched with everyone else's sweat throughout the day. The location isn't all that great but that depends on where you live. The gym upstairs is tiny and weight/cardio section is smaller than my living room. The equipment is extremely limited. There's really only room for 2 people to work out comfortably. They do have a shower with only 1 stall, and the room is about the size in a house or apartment. The start up cost and membership pricing is expensive for what you get. If you want to cancel,it is a hassle, costs $$, and induces rude behavior. Some of the employees will try to get you to spends hundreds more per month for private sessions. If you are easily offended, you may not like some of the music. And lastly, some of the employees are just plain rude; from bad attitudes to making negative comments about your weight/appearance. How are you supposed to stay motivated in this type of atmosphere? I think there are better options around town for boxing/kickboxing/MMA classes. Try them out before you commit and don't let them rush you into signing a contract. Their contract is the kiss of death.
