It used to be our all time favorite store however this last time was an very unpleasant experience from the Managment team, we had lost a cash back coupon of $50 and cane to the store with receipts and account number to retrieve (done it a few times at the exact same location) the first store manager answer was well I'm sorry but if you lost your card we can't help you so basically you shouldn't had lost it, as I explained to the gentleman that this is not the first time we had the same issue and they always were able to get all the info from the receipt and provide a new one, with an attitude his reply was as I said sir if you lost it you lost it. I called Kohl's.com and they were able to get all necessary information to re issue the voucher and they needed to talk to the store manager in order to do that. The second store manager was even worse than first one and didn't even wanted to assist with the situation. Not sure if this is a new management team but good luck.
