  • This place handles warranty claims terribly. We have a defective couch and coffee table and it's been almost a month since we filed a claim. The lady on the phone "Laura" in the claims department was about the most unpleasant person we've ever dealt with. She was outright rude and refused to give her last name. Likely because she knew she was rude. We had a warranty tech come out and submit a report. She outright lied that there was no report or pictures. This place is awful and rude. I expect them to rectify the situation.
