  • This location is horrible. Just a bunch of kids who don't know what they're doing and haven't been trained. Management or franchisee owner needs to step up to get this place on track. Milkshake and blizzards were half melted, making them an awful mess, as they were dripping down the sides of our cups. Blizzards were barely mixed, all the toppings were on top, with nothing but plain ice cream most of the way down. Very disappointed with this location, as I've been here several times now, and it's not getting better.
