  • I usually get my hair cut at one of the salons on the second floor on PMall, this was by far the worst experience I've had so far Came here as a walk-in on late afternoon, no appointment. The receptionists are a little bit monotoned and expressionless - oh wait that's everyone in the salon. Was told someone would be available for me in 5-10 minutes, ended up waiting for 20 minutes on the chair. Got a hair wash by an expressionless scary girl, gave me a 1 minute massage that felt like a headache. Asked the stylist to cut my hair an inch and give me layers. He cut my hair for 5-10 minutes and blow dryed it for another 20 mins. I was shocked. Not only did he not cut my hair stylishly, he was playing on his phone. He would blow dry my hair, pause, and text or whatever for another minute, and blow dry again. This happened 3-4 times. It was ridiculous. When he showed me the mirror of the back of my hair, it was a straight line with an inch of my hair gone...... I asked him if he was done and he said yes. I asked him it's too straight and to make it at least a V shape. Never got his name because he never cared to introduce himself.
