  • You know that song, "I need a hero"? Well keep that song in your mind while you read this review. I needed my garage door repaired after the spring broke and the door came crashing down. It was Sunday and I was worried I would have to wait till Monday to get it fixed. Trying to be optimistic, I looked on Yelp. I read all many of United's reviews and decided to look no further. I never use a service unless they have 5 star reviews. I called the office and was greeted by David who was friendly and helpful. I was going to book a Monday appointment and David told me that he could have someone there within the hour. My worry started to fade. Maybe I could get this thing fixed now! Eli shows up and inspects the door. He immediately shows us where the problems where and what needed to be done. I sat in the garage while he worked and he was like a dancing ballerina on and off that ladder. This guy was awesome! I have never seen anyone make their job look so easy. I was also impressed that he didn't try to upsell me anything or haggle with the price. The price was set and all I needed to say was yes or no. I would totally recommend UNITED to anyone. They are officially on my master list of home repair services! Thanks Eli and David!
