  • Like they say, some days you eat salads and go do yoga, some days you eat cupcakes and refuse to put your pants on. If none of your yoga pants ever made it to yoga, you should at least come here once. Besides, first class is free. And if you're up for challenge, you can purchase 30 days for $30. Nestled next to Twisted Grove, it's pretty hard to refuse a workout when you can brunch afterwards in my opinion. Staff is what makes me love this place. Friendly and encouraging while challenging you to up your game. Studio has one large room, showers and a boutique that carries Spiritual Gangster. You can just shop for the cool gear if you aren't ready to sweat. Came for a Sunday morning class, Hot 60, with Kelly. Only 4 braved the 102 temps and 70-80% humidity. It was great because we essentially had a private class. She's attentive and let's you take it at your level. Also kind enough to have cold wet towels to cool you if you overheat. I'm definitely a fan and will be doing the 30 day challenge for myself. The studio provides mats and towels so just bring your happy energy. Who doesn't want a dope soul that people crave your vibes??!!?!!! You'll kill it in yoga. Namaslay.
