  • I also echo the last review...have used this car wash several times in the past...on Feb 16, 2013 I visited car wash and saw that the "south bay" was not working properly, so I entered the one next to it (north)...tried to use credit card and machine and credit card not accepted. I only had a $20 bill so I used that for a $10 wash...no change was provided. I wrote down the phone number that was listed on the machine and called several times and left voicemail, with no response. I also called the number on their website and same result...no return calls! Oh...and after I entered the north bay for my wash, the only thing that happened was soap was applied to my car and then one cycle of water...what a rip-off and definitely VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....WILL NOT RETURN!
