I agree with the post's that talk about money being the priority at this establishment. My wife and I took our 3 month old puppy there at the request of our vet at Petsmart. We were aware that it could be as much as $1500 for treatment. We spent 3 hours there and approved treatment and an over night for around $1600. My wife followed up and they were requesting further tests for $400. We discussed it and deceided to take our puppy home the next day. When my wife denied further tests the next day she told me the staff's reaction to this was very visable. After a few days a friend visited and we talked about our puppy. He suggested that we visit his sister's vet. We made an apt for the very next day. The vet treated our puppy and also requested all records fm VECC. VECC records had in them our puppy's diagnosis fm their fluid test's that they had done. They failed to call us with this information! We spent all that money and they did not share with us our puppy's diagnosis! Shame on them. We are feeding our puppy high protein food and she seems to be getting over her problem. Watch out folks. They want to do test after test there to rack up a huge bill. If they had done their jobs properly they wouldn't have approached us with $400 for further tests.
