I would like to share the terrible experience I had with an employee of this company. I was stranded at a gas station due to my puppy jumping on the lock button and locking me out of my car while I pumped gas. I was so relieved when I saw a central towing truck happen to pull into the gas station. I approached the short bald man and asked him if he could assist me in getting into my car as I was locked out. He ignored me as he filled his thirst buster and I had to repeat myself three times even though it was evident he was deliberately ignoring me. He responded to me in a rude manner and asked for proof that it was my vehicle and so I answered him quite distressed explaining that my dog was in the car and my purse. In an unprovoked abrasive tone, he then began to verbally attack me for "leaving my dog in the car" and that the police should come because that's against the law and I should be arrested. I was in a horrible state of mind already, worried for my dog and I could not believe that this employee I had approached for assistance was bulldozing me when I was obviously distraught about the situation I was in. He humiliated me and all I could do was stop the conversation with him which was going nowhere. He then replied, "no sweat of my back" and continued his way. Whomever this person is, is a terrible employee because I was essentially a customer in need of services and a horrible uncompassionate person for knowing I needed emergency help because my poor dog a LIVE ANIMAL was trapped in my locked car in this heat. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this employee was outrageously disrespectful and dangerous due to the time sensitivity of the matter.
I will say that I called the company and spoke to a supervisor who truly made me feel heard and assured me that the appropriate disciplinary action would be taken. It is unfortunate that this employee is out and about representing this company that has gotten such good reviews on here.
