  • I used this company through my Toyota roadside assistance after having two flat tires after getting into a minor crash. I told the dispatcher and the driver that my two back tires were flat and that they must use a flatbed truck. After waiting a couple of hours, I finally went home after the dispatcher told me it was okay and everything would be taken care of. At 4AM (over 4 hours later) the driver called me and tried to get me to sign a "waiver over the phone" for any damages. I told her I would come down to the car myself to make sure everything goes as planned. She told me she was already on her way to the Toyota dealership with car in tow. So, obviously I refused to sign a waiver over the phone (whatever that means!) I come to find out she DRAGGED my car behind a tow truck with two flat tires causing over $2,000 worth in damage. We find out that this driver has since been fired. The owner is calling me a liar and told me they will do nothing to fix it. He even hung up on me and told me I'm wasting his time. I asked for his name to file a complaint and he responds "Tom Thumb"...clearly being sarcastic. HORRIBLE company and scam artists. Never dealt with more unprofessional customer service in my life.
