  • Just a heads up, last time the girl gave me the check-out phone and just said "I just need a signature and you're all set!" And when she handed over the phone, it was already on the 2nd screen ready for me to sign. However, there was a $1 tip already put on when given to me. I went back to the 1st screen and removed the tip, signed, and didn't mention it. I'm hoping it was just an accident, but if it happens again I'll make a bigger deal about it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against tipping and will usually throw whatever change I get in their jar. But taking it without my consent is pretty scummy. I've been going to this Dutch Bros since it opened! I've always loved everything I've gotten there. Some things are a little on the sweeter side, but that's just my taste palette! Yes, wait time is a little on the longer side but I would say it's worth it! Still a loyal Dutch Bros customer.
