  • I am a repeat customer of Moon Valley Nurseries. I return because I'm offered immediate assistance when I step onto the property. When I do not need assistance, they do not pester me. In checking out the other day, at the Mesa location, the young lady was unable to find me in the system. She did her best. but had to make another account for me. I was uneasy about this as I have purchased a great deal of expensive trees and plants, and at that point was concerned about warranties if I was non-existent in the system. I filled out an emailed their survey last night, and Manager, John Usselton, responded first thing this morning. He had already found me in the system, deleted the duplicate account, assured me all was good with my warranties. He explained the girl had not yet been trained in looking up account info in the new system, but would be. John is a great manager, handled the issue promptly, offered me a gift card , and assured me that my business is important to them. I'm excited to come shopping again. Nice work, John.
