  • Jim always treats me with patience and care. I picked out a special hat and was ready to buy it. He put his professional eye on it and saw a minor flaw that could get worse and said he couldn't sell such a flawed piece. (I couldn't see problem until he pointed it out) He is honest, offers a good deal and a professional eye. Love this place.
