  • My friend sent her clothes for dry clean and when she went pick up the clothes, its damaged. the clothes is 1000 usd. They are not claiming any responsibility and said its Moncler's fault by not stitching it well. Just unbelievable of how they are handling the whole situation! They also put on the invoice that they are not responsible for any damages on the items thats sent to them. Is this even legal? now we have no choice but reports this to BBB and small claims court. good luck with your business!!!!!!!! for anyone thats looking to send your clothes there, please dont risk!!!
