Jupiter's just seems like an average downtown hangout spot. The pizza is good, but the personal pizzas are kind of small and expensive. I'm a fan of putting "unconventional" ingrediants on pizza so the salmon pizza was a nice surprise. The billiards tables are relatively inexpensive, $6/hr when I went on a Thursday night, and I guess it's worth it to stop in here if you are looking to have a few drinks and play pool with your friends. The atmosphere is loud, but pretty relaxed at the same time. The two things I didn't really like about it was the service was slow and they don't usually take reservations. It makes it "hit or miss" when it comes to outings with a large group of friends. Overall, it's a decent spot to spend the night with a few friends if you come with a smaller group.
