  • I did some research and felt that Preventive was the company for me for weed control based on their guarantee for 6 months after they spray. I have had a contract now for a few years and have been completely satisfied. They spray every 6 months, and even if 1 weed sprouts in that time, they will come take care of it. I, of course, don't bother them with that, but, my weeds were so bad in the beginning, that they did have to come back a few times when we got started. I thought that maybe I could skip a 6 month period this year, but around month 7, my home looked unoccupied. They came and did their thing- I didn't need to be home, they sent me a bill, and everything is once again good.
