  • Not happy with service. Charged $6.50($3.50 to launder a shirt and $3.00 for spot treatment). Spots were still on shirt. Couldn't allow them to clean over because my husband was leaving within 2 hours for his flight. Therefore, Asked for refund because shirt was in poor condition. He had the nerve to say he would not give a refund because he can't get his spot treatment solution back. Then he had nerve to say he couldn't get his time and energy back that he used to work on the spot. First of all he charged me the price of dry cleaning when he should have charged me the launder price. If he had laundered the shirt like I asked, the spots would have came out on their own which shows he does not know anything about cleaning.
