  • On Golbi day you can order this huge plate on which sits a mound of sticky rice and lettuce surrounded by thinly sliced and deliciously grilled beef. The beef glistens; it's a beautiful thing. OR... you can do what the guy next to me did, which was to hold the rice and double up on the beef. It was enough to make a grown man weep it was so beautiful. So yeah, there's something I'll be trying on my next visit.
