I remember coming to Marc's as a child with the excited feeling of never knowing what would be in the closeout section. Only at Marc's can you find the most random things such as a cocktail dress (nice ones I might add), mistake pens for pennies and groceries. I never thought of Marc's as the best service. That is not why you shop at Marc's. You shop at Marc's for the randomness of items they carry and the good deals. Often Marc's carries new products as a test market so you literally never know what you will find.
Back in the day they didn't take credit cards so that's a plus. The interactions with the employees are a hit or miss. If you shop at Marc's expecting the best customer service, you will be disappointed. Sometimes the store isn't the cleanest but that doesn't really bother me. I wish Marc's wasn't just a northeast Ohio gem.
