  • The apartment was pretty but overpriced with low quality items, however, that is not my biggest gripe. The front office staff that was there when I first moved in was Angela, Amanda & Monique, Monique the manager was HILARIOUS. These girls were very welcoming and nice, they were actually the reason I decided to go ahead with signing the lease. A couple of months into my lease the staff changed. There is a Kara there now, if I am not mistaken she is the Assistant Mgr who is really messy with her approach and unprofessional in my opinion, and just ugh...I really don't know how else to describe her. The new office manager, Renee, is equally rude, it seems like her mind is somewhere else at all times, like she isn't listening to anything you are saying and she would rather be anywhere else then where she is currently. I really wish that Alliance Residential screened the staff better for the properties, seeing that they are the ones representing the company.
