  • Bought a new Goldwing about a month ago from Western Honda. I live in Tucson and tried to make a deal here before contacting Western Honda in Scottsdale via the internet. From the very start Allen from Western Honda was very responsive both on the internet and phone. Allen made me a deal on the phone that was substantially lower than I was able to get in Tucson. The following weekend Allen made arrangements for me to test drive a Goldwing. When I arrived at Western I was treated professionally with no high pressure sales tactics. We made the deal, it was so easy! When Jason was getting the bike prepared for me to take home he noticed that there was a part that was damaged in the crate during transportation. I had not noticed. He said he would make arrangements with Honda for replacement parts and put them on during the first maintenance service, and he would comp the first scheduled service for the inconvenience. When I returned about a month later they drove me to a restaurant so that I could get breakfast while the service was performed. When I returned to pick up my bike I was awed again. Not only had they fixed the damaged part they upgraded it with chrome that retails for $149 for free!!!! That is total customer satisfaction!!!! Highly recommend these guys!
