  • The owners of Ironhorse keep the major maintence in perfect condition. IE: Trees trimmed, pool cleaning and freshly paved parking. Because I appriciate that, It hasnt been an inconvienice when the work is being done. The Complex is kept in beautiful order. The leasing staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds crew keeps the complex attractive and the maintance personel is quick on delivering service. I like that they have only approximently 300 units. This inables the property to be well kept and mangaged. Ironhorse is within walking distance of grocery shopping, resturants, major shopping etc. It is also just off the I17 if you want to head south to the Sky Harbor Airport. Or go north and spend a day in Sedona or Flagstaff. On morning walks I see people that have said they have been here at Ironhorse 5+ years. That really says something. I for one will be renewing my lease.
