  • I wrote 2 reviews prior to this one...but I gotta give props where its due and where they still need work on. First off the hostess (and I use the term lightly) who I walked up to and tried to ask if they had any seats looked at me and turned away. Literally...its like she had seen an ex boyfriend or something and did her best to basically treat me like vapor. I was the only person in line to boot so there's no excuse for that lack of service. Luckily her nicer counterpart standing next to her helped me out (gee customer service, what a concept) and told me the wait time and that I could take the option to sit at the bar, which I did. The bar staff was great and made small talk with me. Very attentive and hospitable. Those guys earn their paychecks. Unlike that hostess who needs some work. Btw...that hostess was the only staff there dressed like she was going to go clubbing too...maybe she wanted to go to LAX down the way and decided to dress up early and put on her "I'm not a piece of meat" look but still ogle me anyways face on. The burgers here are still top notch...but the last few visits here there's always some glitch with their customer service either lacking or not telling me something which could've saved me some grief.
