  • Ok Carlos Sr. and I ate here not once but Twice during our Buffet of Buffets vegas trip review of that here http://www.yelp.com/biz/buffet-of-buffets-las-vegas. Anyway. Look. I judge this buffet on French food. Because it is a "French" theme buffet. Some people would say, Carlos Jr what about the snow crab legs on ice and the sushi (which by the way sucks at all Harrahs buffets). I would then say. I could eat crablegs at any of the Harrahs dinner buffets and even the Lago for lunch. Why go to a French theme buffet for Crablegs. Folks the Crablegs were the only thing good here. I tried to figure out if French food should even be in a buffet. I have had it before at some other buffets around the country. But this buffet lacks inspiration or passion. The workers don't seem to care one damn bit. I can see it on their faces with the exception of the omletette chef. But come on, seriously an omletette with oil and no real butter in a French Res. I think not. How much is real butter when you are serving smoked salmon? This place need Ramsey or someone to come and kick it in the ass and get it going. I would go one by one item by item on why they sucked so bad, but they all just tasted blah blah blah... Boring. Such a shame for such a neat looking buffet in a neat casino. Carlos Sr. pretty much hates this buffet now. Next trip for the Buffet of Buffets. This one will with out a doubt be skipped. Period. Harrahs weakest link, for central strip buffets. Carlos Jr.
