  • Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Booked and paid for room 3 months ago, but when arrived they had over booked hotel and gave our room away. We spent one hour waiting on them to finally get a room for us, but not enough beds to accommodate my family. We Had no other choice than to take the room since we had a cheer competition the next morning. Once we got the room it was dirty, didn't have towels and had to wait until midnight before we received the towel we had requested. Worst customer service ever and they really need to train staff. Fire alarm went off at 5:30 am and has to stand outside for 45 minutes and found our staff didn't even know what was going on.
