  • Were it not for the amazingly helpful and compassionate store lead, Trent, this would be another 1-star review in this big pile. However, even in an unfortunate situation with no optimal solution, Trent found a way to listen to my issue, consider all the alternatives, and then went out of his way to make sure that the solution worked for me. I had been disheartened with Apple products and service for some time, but his gesture alone went a long way to make me more positive about Apple. Thank you, Trent!!!
