  • I love this restaurant in Vegas. It's located in the Venetian, and I just recently went there again (my 2nd time). Odd that both times I've been it wasn't very crowded - perhaps they get a very late (post 9pm) dinner crowd. Their caesar salad wrapped in prosciutto is beautiful, and served with a white anchovy (don't say "eewe, anchovies" - it's really quite delicious) and some crunchy bread sticks for croutons. The lamb was amazing - perfectly cooked to a rosy pink medium rare, and melts in your mouth. The service was great, even though we had a very large group. The roasted chicken and the filet were also quite good. I really enjoy this restaurant and will be back again.
