  • This place is located in Monte Carlo next to the dueling piano restaurant. The cupcakes here look very fancy and I bought 1/2 dozen. 1/2 the cupcakes were extremely dry and we pretty much threw them out after a bite but the red velvet tasted very fresh, light, moist and tasted the best. Unless you know for a fact that the cupcakes aren't a day old I wouldn't take the gamble. I would probably go back for the red velvet if I was in the area.
