  • I just got a notice I had a judgment filed against me by these people. As far as companies go, Firebird Housing/Golba Group is the example of how not to grow business through referrals. They could not possibly care less about the property or the tenant. Months of trying to get things repaired and scorpion issue resolved. Got stung twice, they didn't care in the least. I did move without notice, but why treat them any better than they treat their "customers". Take my deposits, your judgment, your crap house, and shove it up your newly branded ass. Changing your name won't help. I will make it a goal to contact every one of your potential and current tenants and show them the pictures of the house and the repair bills I paid and never got reimbursed for. You are a joke, other agents in the area won't even show your listings.
