  • Totally agree with Local R. Bought my new Hyundai at Westend Hyundai in Etobicoke (great experience) but started to get it serviced at Downtown Hyundai because I moved into the neighborhood. As a new customer, I expect nothing less than excellent service. Quite the contrary was true. Service is slow (they have to drive all cars over to another location for service - no work is done on-site) and the woman from the service desk is a total grumpy b*tch (you got it). The whole place looks disorganized and unprofessional. I won't return. My advice for you: stay away as well.
