I do not recommend you buy a car or have service done here. This place is a nightmare. I took my Honda in for the airbag recall issue. Here is what happened.
1. Made an appointment to get recalled airbag replaced. Was told the appointment would take 30 minutes.
2. Brought my toddler and newborn infant with me to appointment. Waited in the service line for a ridiculously long time (maybe 30 minutes?) before I was helped.
3. Was told the shop ran out of airbags yesterday. Asked why they didn't call me to make me aware, since I had an appointment. No answer. Wasn't offered a rental car until I started complaining - loudly.
4. Spent the next 3 hours getting a rental car. Total disorganized mess. They couldn't find someone to help shuttle my car over with me because ONLY ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS AT THIS SHOP COULD DRIVE A STANDARD TRANSMISSION. What?!
5. Drove 30 minutes away to get rental car. Moved car seats into rental while managing toddler and infant. Went home, finally.
6. Came back when car was done ~2 weeks later.
7. Waited 1.5 hours in the service line because THEY COULD NOT FIND MY CAR IN THE LOT. They had no idea where they parked it. Whoopsy!! Honestly - I'm not making this up!!
8. Finally got my car - moved car seats again while managing infant and toddler. Went home under the impression my car was once again safe.
9. ONE YEAR LATER - received phone call that they INSTALLED THE WRONG AIRBAG! Whoopsy again!! So, I've been driving a car with the incorrect airbag installed for a year!! I was even in an accident in this car and the airbag did not deploy. Maybe it should have - maybe I'm lucky that it didn't.
The only saving grace was the guy who helped me take my car over to the rental shop was nice. He seemed smart, and he can drive a standard, so I bet he doesn't work here anymore.
