Wonderful: -No resort fees, FREE access to QUA Fitness Center -Spa like bathroom -Super fluffy towels -Slippers -Superb CS -Pillow service -HUGE Samsung TV -Natura Bisse toiletries, kept my skin super soft -Available humidfiers, request a week before check-in -Nice exclusive boutique experience -Nobu room service ANYTIME, YT Jalapeno and Black Cod Butter Lettuce all day!!! Gripes: -Lights and drapes are not automated -No doorbell or automated Do Not Disturb -All phone numbers routed to room service -Room service NOT flexible, they have yogurt & berries, but couldn't make a smoothie
