  • I used these guys because the previous owner had purchased our A/C unit through them. What a waste of time and money. Despite multiple visits and multiple service men looking at the unit and charging me for work that produced zero results we were still sitting in a hot, humid house with an A/C that wasn't cooling. I ended up calling SRP and they referred me to Absolute Zero. A company that was on time and actually did work that produced results. Goettl did a crappy job and I will never use them again.
