  • Service here is very slow. I ordered the frozen hot chocolate and my husband ordered a vanilla milkshake . My dessert came first and I was halfway done before his shake arrived. My frozen hot chocolate was gritty and had large chunks of ice in it. The taste was good but I can't get over the large chunks of ice. This is my first and last visit at serendipity.
