  • This practice is amateur, negligent, and insulting. (For my first appointment, I waited for 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time before I was called back) VISIT 1: I went because I had a new mole I was worried about. She also looked at my acne, but that was not the main reason for my visit. She looked at the mole, measured it, photographed it, and told me to come back in 6 weeks to check it. (I came back in 6 weeks, and waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I was called back.) VISIT 2: She came in and looked at my acne, told me she would prescribe a stronger topical as well as a spot treatment, and started walking out the door. I asked her if she was going to look at my mole. She was surprised (clearly hadn't looked at my chart before my treatment), looked at it, and said it was fine. I told her it was larger, and that she had measured it last time. Again, she was surprised. So she finally looked at my chart and measured my mole. It indeed was larger, needed to be removed, and ended up being "abnormal" per the lab results. I would still have it today if I hadn't told her to do her job. All the while the attitude was that I was being a bother and she had other places to be. More fun facts: - They gave me the same face cream instead of a stronger dosage. I tried for about a month to get the correct dosage to no avail. I give up. - They never called in the spot treatment cream she was going to prescribe, so I just never got that. - I called back to ask what "abnormal mole" means and the lady seriously responded with "it's a mole that's abnormal" and was rude when I asked what that meant. I think she must not have known. - I called to fix their errors with their prescriptions, was on unending hold, got calls returned days to a week later, and got more mis-information when they did call back ("yes, we will have that topical at the front desk for you!" They didn't...they actually didn't have it at all on the premises.) I gave them multiple times with multiple office locations to not treat me like cattle, and they failed every time. Their actual diagnosis and prescription of medications was inaccurate, which seems like the only responsibility they have as doctors. Do not go here for medical dermatological reasons. They do not have your health as their primary focus.
