The front office manager Cynthia refused service to VET after already staying 7 nights. Cynthia refused to accept the same cc authorization form that was previously accepted. The form was sent to his family from the front desk at the Residence Inn Phoenix Airport. The form was filled out & sent back over with proper documentation where there was no problem for the first 7 nights.
Then things got interesting...
This Vet needed an extension on his stay starting Good Friday, Cynthia quoted him a $199 walk in rate if he wanted to extend his stay. A travel agent made a new reservation and was able to find better rates. Cynthia refused to allow this Vet to check back in the hotel under the new reservation with same cc authorization. Saying cc authorization are not accepted at her hotel.
Bad business...
