  • A little background, about a year and a half ago I bought this Honda Rebel off of Craigslist. I've never ridden or owned a motorcycle before but I got it for so cheap I couldn't pass it up. It had so many problems from the battery, to the starter, to the carburetor... it would not go over 35mph. So I brought it to the closest motorcycle shop which lucky for me was HeadKace. They could have easily taken advantage of me being a naïve new rider but they were so incredibly helpful and kind. I feel bad for them because the Rebel had been in storage for who knows how many years but they got it up and running for a very fair price. Their team is awesome, in particular Mary Beth and Nick Downey. Mary is like a mother figure, she truly cares about you and your bike, she's even will feed you if you come around noon! Nick is super nice and will help you with anything. He is so kind and he has taught me so much about motorcycles and how to work on it myself. He helped me with my first ever oil change and countless other maintenance. You can they they are a close knit team and are more than happy to bring you in as part of their family. Their shop although small is completely outfitted with everything you could think of and more. They most definitely know what they are doing, so many people entrust them with their because every time I go there their shop is filled with bikes! Even if you don't need work done on your bike just stopping by and check out the shop is worth it! They have so much cool artwork throughout their shop and she's always giving out free shirts! I will be loyal to this place as long as I am in Arizona and own a bike because they really really treat you well. I don't usually write Yelp reviews but theses guys are worth it.
