  • I really wish I read the reviews before I went here but I had just worked all night and found out I had bronchitis. The pharmacist told me 25-30 minutes. Ok fine. But only 3 customers came to pick up their prescriptions in that time, and the pharmacist and techs made no attempt to walk faster than a stroll across the pharmacy. When I finally got my two prescriptions, one was in a sealed stock bottle! They didn't even have to count it. It could have taken 15 minutes to type, process my insurance, count one Rx, and label the bottles. I will never come back here. UPDATE: I just happened to take a closer look at the paperwork that came with my prescriptions. I sat down at 10:06. The paperwork says they were ready at 10:18. The pharmacist did not call me up until 10:36. That means I sat there for 18 minutes when I could have gone home and gone to sleep. This is unacceptable and I will be following up with the manager.
