| - We attended WW for Baby Swim 1 and 2 a few years ago. We then took a break just due to work/life etc., then enrolled at a different swim school, and then quickly came back. We have been at WW once a week for well over a year now and are so pleased. Our daughter has been fortunate enough to have amazing instructors who truly instruct, help, guide, and coach all while managing the small group with care and patience. Cody was our daughter's first instructor at WW in the Star Fish level. He was incredibly patient, kind and helped hone her skills. She still talks about Cody to this day as he left quite an impact on her as far as increasing her confidence in and around the water. He is 5 stars all the way and we would love to have him coach her again if the schedules allow. Tiara was our daughter's next instructor for the Sea Horse level. Again, 5 stars! Tiara was excellent at perfecting techniques and getting the kids to master their skills all while understanding they are little kids and have good days/bad days and/or don't always listen. Again, we would easily love to have Tiara as our instructor again if the schedule worked out for us. And now, our daughter is working with mr. Mosa in the Otter level and he is also 5 stars! He makes learning fun, manages the squirrely kids who are now pretty good in the water, and still works on technique. He is able to sneak in a little one-on-one time with the small groups and he certainly provides immediate feedback to the swimmers and demonstrates what he is looking for. All 3 instructors do a fabulous job with praise and repetition to hone a skill. There was only one instructor we met there do to a make-up lesson who we didn't like, and he is no longer there, so that's a plus! We have participated in one of the "swim meets" which was truly fun and helpful. We considered pulling our daughter out for summer due to travel and summer schedules but she begged us to keep her in and we did. We are so pleased with the curriculum, the kindness of the instructors, their friendliness, and their ability to teach small groups safely and effectively. They manage the wiggle worms and enforce rules yet focus on the positives and give lots of praise. My 4 year old loves it here! (Side note, we truly appreciate their great make-up lesson policy! Sometimes you don't know your kid is sick until just before a lesson and they let you make it up easily! Great make-up policy = no sick kids in the pool = happy and healthy families!)
