  • This store carries most every weird culinary gadget you can imagine, which alone makes it a 3 star place for me. I am adding another star for the customer service. Since I now live in Tempe, I don't go in as often and instead call them first if I am looking for something specific. They are always friendly and willing to go check to see if an item is in stock, and if not they offer to order it for me. One employee even went so far as to take my phone number down and give me a call when their next shipment came in to let me know if an apron I wanted was on the truck! That's above and beyond to me. Speaking of aprons, they have a huge selection of Jessie Steele hostess aprons which I love! You can even find a couple on clearance from time to time. For basic items like pots and pans, I find their pricing a bit on the high side, but if you shop their sales I think you can do pretty well.
