  • My husband and I went here last night for a birthday dinner. Let me just say that this is the most disappointing service experience ever! We had a group of about 20 people with one waiter. She we never got any drink refills and no silverware. We had to get up to get our own silverware! But of course she didn't care about giving us service because they automatically charge a 18% gratitude on each ticket since it was a big group. The food wasn't all that great either. My burger was really dry. Overall, I will never go to this place by choice unless someone picks it as an event destination. *THUMBS DOWN*
