  • The staff was friendly and respectful towards me. They were knowledgeable and the paperwork process was quick. I had to wait about 40 mins before I could get to the vehicle to get my belongings. The guy that drove me to the vehicle was also very friendly and patient. I only knocked off a star because while I don't mind waiting, waiting outside when it's 107 outside is pretty unbearable. Water fountain wasn't functional and soda machines were out of order.
