  • What happend to Kent Cycle? Last summer the customer service was outstanding. I would have given this place five stars back then. First of all I had to come back several times due to an issue that should have been fixed the first time around. The service was okay, seemed like all of the staff I knew are gone. They really made you feel welcome. I don't get that now. Labor prices seem a little inflated as I've had my bike worked on in different places across the country.
