  • I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a tech come out to look at our fridge because it was super hot and the top of the fridge had actually melted all around the lights. I told him that it had started the day before and that it was running super hot so we emptied it out and by the next morning we could smell the burning. He told our insurance the problem was because we left the door open and the lights stayed on and melted the top. Obviously, if the lights stayed on it shorted somehow.....even if the door was open they go off automatically after a few minutes. Thanks for nothing.
