Wow! I was without air last night, it was horrible, contacted NRS right before lunch today a referral from my co-worker. I received a call in less than a hour just to let me know they got my message and that they were booked, but would try to work me in. Within the next hour, received another call with an ETA, and of course they arrived and accessed the issue, and advised my brother the problem which was minor. They advised him what needed to be done. Called and and told me no charge!!! Omg I couldn't believe it. I am back up and running what an awesome company and customer service. They have got an customer for life. Thank you so much!!
