  • I agree with the others--terrible service and terrible prices. The guys that work the counter are extremely rude, short, and arrogant. I can tell there are some good guys working there, but they don't seem to be involved with the customer service part. They also have a reputation for exploiting poor college students, who don't know where else to go for bicycle maintenance, such as Champaign Cycle or Bikeworks.
