  • I'm trying to find the love in my heart for United, really trying. I typically fly Southwest since they're typically cheaper and fly where I need them to fly. United has recently entered the picture since they offer first class (one day I'll get there) and also fly Internationally. This latest trip was delayed for a "part" and not just by an hour but by a half a day. Unacceptable United! Read John V's review for further detail. I'm willing to give them another chance since I fly with them for work as well, but my optimism is running dry.
