| - Absolutely terrible salon and workers. I went in to get my hair cut, and had found a coupon online that said it was accepted at that exact location, however when I went in I was told I would not be able to use it. I decided to let that part slide, and was ready for my haircut. I showed the stylist a picture to give her an idea. She washed my hair (the only nice part of this trip), and then began cutting. I had explained to her multiple times that my hair gets very poofy when it is shorter, and that I needed that to be taken care of. I also had my hair cut into a nice v point. She cut my hair straight across instead of the point, which I didn't notice until later. Then she argued with me about if I should take another inch off or not. When I told her to do it, she just said "that's how the picture was", regardless it is my hair and I asked her to cut the inch. Still, she seemed very uneasy about it. Finally, after the cut, she took off my best and let me leave without even drying my hair. I went around the corner to my house, dried my hair for her, and was in instant shock. Because she had neglected to dry it (which isn't that normally a part of a HAIRCUT??), she couldn't tell how poofy it really was. So when I finished drying my hair I saw how terrible it was. When I called back to have them fix it they told me they would free of charge. I immediately went back in, and told a NEW GIRL what I wanted. After another 10 minutes, she seemed very confused on what I wanted and gave me plenty of attitude. I left with a shitty haircut and just got it redone at at REAL salon today. I'm upset because I wasted over 20$ for a terrible haircut and poor customer service. I've learned my lesson and will not be returning here. I do not recommend going to this location if you value good customer service.
