Not authentic, it's really 2.5 stars, so I'm rounding up. I went with Uber eats for dinner tonight and with the great reviews I gave Thai Long-An a try. I ordered the chicken panang and the shrimp fresh rolls. The fresh spring rolls were delicious and I really enjoyed them, they were generous in size and the shrimp and veggies were very fresh tasting. The panang was disappointing, there was a lack of kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil and there was an odd addition of cabbage. Panang is typically bursting with flavor and this one was pretty bland and not very creamy. The cooked cabbage didn't add any flavor and just seemed like a weird combination that I wasn't expecting as I've never had a panang with cabbage in it. Maybe the other dishes are decent, but I wouldn't recommend the panang at all. If authenticity is a concern for you when it comes to Thai food I would pass on this one.
